It takes tons of effort to say sorry..
And it only needs a little bit of sincerity to make the words real.
No one can coerce anyone to say the word.
One can also choose not to say it to completely ignore the feelings of another.
Bottomline is that, one can choose to be blind to others...
The reverse also holds true.
